As advised by the Dubai Maritime City Authority(DMCA), Guests must bring an original passport or Emirates Identity Card at the trip time.

Cancellation Policy – Customer Should inform the Authorized Company Staff before 48 Hour’s For Full Refund Amount

Weather Warning/Mechanical Issues – Natural Climate Issues or Mechanical Related Issues will be Noticed Before 24 Hours and Refunded

Life jackets are to be worn when the coast guard deems necessary & issues a weather warning.
